Between what you see on social media or what your friends say worked for them, it is so hard to pick through all the noise regarding diet and nutrition. But it doesn’t have to be. A Registered Dietitian, or RD, can help you develop a safe and realistic eating plan that you can stick with long term. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist, but only an RD has completed multiple layers of education and training established by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics.
